WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a hands-on Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to serve as a strategic analytics partner across commercial processes.

You will translate sponsor questions into rigorous data-driven insights, evaluate site selection, and present defensible recommendations to strengthen proposals and client decisions. This client-facing role scopes analyses, benchmarks performance, and collaborates with BD, data teams, and SMEs to tailor data, analytics, and advisory

Qualificações

• 5+ years in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience working with sponsor or CRO stakeholders in pre-sale, consultative roles.
• Knowledge of trial data sources and data gaps including trial registries and site databases.
• Ability to explain methodology to non-technical audiences.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify client needs and scope the data/analytics/advisory solution within opportunity timelines.
• Lead client meetings, capability presentations, and bid defenses, defending methodology.
• Design and execute site identification and targeting analyses.
• Benchmark operational performance against comparable studies and derive actionable mitigations.
• Coaches colleagues on framing analytical questions and contributes to thought leadership.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field

Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred
