Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights (D&I) to act as a strategic analytics partner in the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into data-driven insights, evaluate study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to strengthen proposals and inform client decisions. This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses: site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and enrolment feasibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field is required.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Qualify client business and technical needs; scope data, analytics, and advisory solution.
• Present findings in client meetings and capability demos, defending methodology.
• Advise clients on the right data assets and services to fit questions.
• Authors data and insights content for proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and follow-ups.
• Design site identification analyses with trial landscape and performance metrics.
• Benchmark operational performance against comparable studies.
