WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to act as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process, translating sponsor questions into data‑driven insights.

The role evaluates study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical operational performance to develop defensible recommendations that strengthen proposals and inform client decision‑making. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing analytical role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field is required
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics
• Experience working with sponsor or CRO stakeholders in a pre‑sales, consultative capacity
• Experience with clinical trial data sources (registries, CTMS, EDC, claims/EHR data) and literature; ability to understand gaps and biases

Responsabilidades

• Qualify client business and technical needs with Business Development and scope the data, analytics, and advisory solution
• Present analytical findings in client meetings and defend methodology
• Advise clients on which data assets and analytical approaches fit their questions
• Authors data and insights content for proposals, RFI and RFP responses, and follow‑up materials
• Design site targeting analyses, benchmark performance, and enrolment modelling
