Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead to act as a strategic analytics partner across commercial processes. You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous, data-driven insights and present to clients.

You will design site targeting analyses, benchmark operational performance, and model enrolment feasibility, collaborating with Business Development, D&I delivery teams, product, and therapeutic SMEs to ensure feasible, data-supported proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related quantitative field required.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research analytics or healthcare data.
• Experience with sponsor/CRO pre-sales engagement.
• Proficient with SQL and at least Python or R.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Ability to explain methodology to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Qualify client needs and scope data analytics and advisory solutions.
• Present analytical findings to clients and defend methodology.
• Act as SME on data assets and analytics products.
• Authors data content for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Design site identification analyses and country lists.
• Benchmark operational performance against comparable studies.
• Maintain reusable benchmarks and templates.
