Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to serve as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous data-driven insights, evaluating site feasibility and historical performance to strengthen proposals and inform client decisions. The role is hands-on and client-facing, leading analyses such as site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and enrollment modelling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field is required
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics
• Demonstrated experience working with sponsor- or CRO-side stakeholders in pre-sale or advisory capacity
• Experience with trial data sources and data gaps and biases in underlying data

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development to scope data analytics solutions
• Present findings and defend methodology in client meetings
• Design site identification analyses and rank lists
• Benchmark operational performance against comparable studies
• Translate protocol requirements into enrollment models and scenarios
