WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to act as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous data-driven insights, assess site enrollment potential, and support defensible decision-making for proposals. The role is hands-on and client-facing, running analyses such as site targeting, performance benchmarking, and enrolment feasibility modelling, then presenting actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field is required
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred

Responsibilities

• Qualify client business and technical needs; scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions
• Present findings and defend methodology in client meetings and workshops
• Authors data and insights content for proposals and RFP responses
• Design and execute site identification analyses with defensible logic
• Benchmark operational performance and translate findings into actionable mitigations
