WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to partner with Business Development and translate sponsor questions into rigorous data-driven insights.

You will evaluate site placement, enrollment potential, and historical performance to strengthen proposals and inform client decisions. This hands-on role requires designing analyses, presenting findings to clients, and collaborating with delivery teams and subject matter experts to tailor data and advisory services

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field is required
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics, with at least 3 years in a role centered on feasibility, site selection, operational analytics, or clinical data analysis
• Demonstrated experience working directly with sponsor- or CRO-side stakeholders in a pre-sale, consultative, or advisory capacity
• Practical familiarity with clinical trial data sources — trial registries, investigator and site databases, CTMS and EDC outputs, claims and EHR-derived real-world data, and published literature — including a working understanding of their gaps and biases
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and study phases; exposure to oncology, rare disease, or cell and gene therapy is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to conduct hands-on analysis using SQL and at least one analytical environment, such as Python or R, or an equivalent combination of advanced business intelligence, visualization, and modeling tools.
• Ability to explain methodology and uncertainty to a non-technical audience
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills; produces materials that stand on their own when the client forwards them internally
• Demonstrated ability to communicate data limitations objectively and distinguish evidence-supported conclusions from assumptions.
• Ability to work to compressed proposal deadlines across several concurrent opportunities, and to judge how much analytical depth a given opportunity warrants
• Ability to present complex analyses credibly and effectively to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations as they relate to research
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of client, sponsor, and site-level data
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM platforms

Responsabilidades

• Qualify client needs and scope data, analytics solutions within timeline and value
• Present findings and defend methodology in client meetings and workshops
• Author data and insights content of proposals, RFI/RFP responses and follow-up materials
• Design site identification analyses and ranked country lists with explicit logic
• Benchmark operational performance against comparable studies
• Model protocol requirements into enrollment timelines and feasibility scenarios
• Coaches colleagues on analytical questions and communicating uncertainty to clients
• Maintain reusable benchmarks and templates for recurring questions
