WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to serve as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process and translate sponsor questions into rigorous, data-driven insights.

The role evaluates study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical operational performance to develop defensible recommendations that strengthen proposals and inform client decision‑making. This is a hands-on, client-facing analytical role.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics.
• Experience with sponsor- or CRO-side pre-sale, consultative engagements.
• Familiarity with clinical trial data sources and their gaps, including CTMS, EDC, and real-world data.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Business Development to qualify client needs and scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions.
• Present findings in client meetings, capability demonstrations, and bid defenses, defending methodology.
• Advise clients on data assets and the best-fit analytics approach rather than defaulting to the largest scope.
• Author data and insights content for proposals, RFIs and RFPs, ensuring narrative and numbers align.
