Job summary

WCG is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights (D&I) to act as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process. You will translate sponsor/CRO questions into rigorous data-driven insights, evaluate study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to strengthen proposals and guide client decisions.

This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses such as site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and enrolment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field is required
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred

Responsibilities

• Qualify client business and technical needs; scope data, analytics, and advisory solution.
• Serve as analytical voice in client meetings and demonstrations; defend methodology.
• Authors data and insights content for proposals, RFIs and RFP responses; ensure narrative aligns with numbers.
• Designs site identification analyses; builds ranked site lists with explicit selection logic.
• Produce operational performance analyses benchmarked against comparable studies.
• Model enrollment and protocol trade-offs; translate requirements into feasible scenarios.
