Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to act as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor/CRO questions into rigorous, data-driven insights, evaluating study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to strengthen proposals. This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses—site targeting, performance benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and enrolment modelling—and presents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or related field is required.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify client business and technical needs; scope data, analytics, and advisory solution.
• Lead analytical discussions in client meetings, capability demos, and bid defenses.
• Advise clients on best-fit data assets and analytical approaches rather than default to largest scope.
• Prepare data and insights content for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring alignment between narrative and numbers.
• Design and execute site identification analyses and generate defensible site lists.
