Job summary

WCG is hiring a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to act as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process. You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous data-driven insights and present defensible recommendations to strengthen proposals and client decisions.

This hands-on, client-facing role scopes analyses, performs site targeting, benchmarking, and enrolment feasibility modeling, and collaborates with BD, D&I, product, and SME teams to align data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or related field is required.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
• Experience with sponsor- or CRO-side analytics in a pre-sale or advisory capacity.
• Experience with trial data sources (CTMS, EDC, claims, EHR) and data biases.
• Ability to explain methodology and uncertainty to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Qualify client needs and scope data/analytics solutions within opportunity timelines.
• Present findings in client meetings and defend methodology.
• Advise clients on data assets and appropriate analytics offerings.
• Authors data content for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs; ensure consistency between narrative and numbers.
• Design site identification analyses using trial landscape data and site metrics.
• Benchmark operational performance against comparable studies; maintain a benchmarks library.
• Model enrollment feasibility and protocol implications; articulate assumptions and confidence ranges.
• Coach colleagues on framing analytical questions and communicating results.
