Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a hands-on Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to serve as a strategic analytics partner across commercial processes, translating sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous, data-driven insights and defensible recommendations.

This role performs site targeting, site identification, operational benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and feasibility modelling, presenting findings to clients and collaborating with Business Development, Data & Insights teams,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics.
Experience working directly with sponsor- or CRO-side stakeholders in a pre-sale, consultative, or advisory capacity.
Practical familiarity with clinical trial data sources—trial registries, investigator and site databases, CTMS and EDC outputs, claims and EHR-derived real-world data.
Ability to explain methodology and uncertainty to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

Designs and executes site identification analyses with trial landscape data, investigator performance history, epidemiology, referral patterns, and site-level metrics.
Produces benchmarking analyses of start-up times, screen failure rates, enrolment distributions, and deviations against comparable studies.
Translates protocol requirements into enrolment models and realistic timeline scenarios with explicit assumptions.
