Job summary

Requires Epic Willow certification or progression, PharmD, and residency credentials; supports in-depth data analytics, system builds, and collaboration with clinicians across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• PGY1 Pharmacy Residency is preferred.
• PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support medication use workflows and safety through informatics.
• Design and implement EHR builds to support clinical practice and improve patient care.
• Collaborate with providers, leadership and other clinicians to evaluate information systems.
• Maintain Epic Willow certification and pursue ongoing training.
