Advocate Health in the United States seeks a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to support the medication EHR and clinical workflow optimization. You will bridge clinicians and IT, develop informatics plans, analyze data, and implement EHR builds to advance medication safety.

Qualifications include a PharmD, EPIC Willow certification, and residency training; remote work with first-shift hours is available. This fully remote role supports enterprise systems across multiple states.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency preferred.
• EPIC certification within 6 months of start and ongoing annual requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between clinicians and IT/technical teams.
• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to improve medication safety.
• Design, evaluate, and implement EHR builds to support clinical practice.
• Consult with providers, leadership, and clinicians on information systems.
• Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
• Create data analytics to facilitate data review and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
