Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team. This role supports the Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) delivering telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination to boost medication adherence and patient engagement.

You will execute MTM, Stars Adherence, and ongoing clinical initiatives within program guidelines, report to the Supervisor, CEC Operations, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely access to

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• State Pharmacy Technician license required where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support or clinical program execution.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication and empathetic patient support.
• Ability to follow established workflows and escalation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives to support quality and outcomes.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement, adherence, and participation.
• Coordinate patient care for timely access to medications and continuity of therapy.
• Collaborate with CEC team to ensure high-quality clinical services and shared accountability for outcomes.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence, applying professional judgment within protocols.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests; coordinate with pharmacies or providers.
• Identify and address barriers to medication access and connect members with clinical or operational resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions involving complex or high-risk situations as needed.
• Complete assigned workflows accurately and efficiently; contribute to department performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
