Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join the Clinical Engagement Center (CEC). The role delivers telephonic MTM services, health education, and care coordination to improve medication adherence and patient outcomes.

You will work under defined program guidelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, empower patients to access medications, and support Navitus' goals for quality and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification and state license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support or clinical program execution experience.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge for accurate inquiries and safe outcomes.
• Demonstrated empathetic, patient-focused communication across diverse populations.
• Demonstrated experience managing inbound/outbound communications with established workflows.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet service levels.
• Support compliance program objectives.
• Professional conduct and cooperative interaction with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per protocol.
• Conduct proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate patient care to ensure timely access to medications.
• Collaborate with CEC team to ensure high-quality services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to access and connect patients with resources.
• Apply professional judgment and escalate as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and escalation protocols.
• Complete assigned workflows accurately and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
