Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team. The role focuses on delivering telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination to improve medication adherence and patient engagement.

The specialist will execute MTM, Stars Adherence, and clinical initiatives within defined program guidelines, reporting to the Supervisor, CEC Operations and collaborating with other leaders.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy knowledge to support medication-related processes and ensure safe outcomes.
• Active HIPAA and healthcare regulation awareness and compliance.
• Ability to deliver empathetic, patient-focused support.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound communications per workflows and escalation protocols.
• Cross-functional collaboration to meet service level expectations.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate patient care for timely access to medications.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supplies.
