Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join the Clinical Engagement Center (CEC). This role delivers telephonic MTM, health education, and care coordination to enhance medication adherence and patient engagement within program guidelines.

You will collaborate with CEC leaders to ensure timely access to medications, educate patients on program benefits, and support ongoing clinical initiatives while complying with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• State Pharmacy Technician license required where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge for accurate inquiries and safe outcomes.
• Ability to communicate empathetically and clearly with diverse populations.
• Experience following workflows, scripts, and escalation protocols.
• HIPAA knowledge to protect patient information.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate care activities for timely access to meds and therapy.
• Collaborate with CEC team for high quality clinical services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to access and connect with resources.
• Apply professional judgment and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Support department performance through accurate workflows.
