Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) team. This role delivers high-quality clinical engagement through telephonic MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives, health education, and care coordination under defined program guidelines.

The Specialist reports to the Supervisor, CEC Operations and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve medication access and adherence, while ensuring patient-centered care

Formación

• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives within established protocols.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and program participation.
• Coordinate patient care to ensure timely access to medications and continuity of therapy.
• Collaborate with CEC team members to support high-quality clinical services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence using professional judgment.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect with appropriate resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions when additional guidance is needed.
• Complete workflows accurately and contribute to department performance.
