Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team and drive MTM, Stars Adherence, and patient education via telephonic consultations. You will engage patients, coordinate care, and support adherence initiatives within approved protocols, reporting to CEC leadership.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, problem solving, and collaboration with pharmacies and providers to improve access to medications and health outcomes, with a remote-friendly work setup.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; State Pharmacy Technician license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe outcomes.
• Demonstrated empathetic, patient-focused support and clear communication across diverse populations.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound communications with established workflows and escalation protocols.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA to ensure compliance.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to meet service level expectations.
• Participation in compliance program objectives.
• Professional, cooperative interactions with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives to support quality and patient outcomes.
• Proactively outreach to patients to improve engagement and program participation.
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely access to medications and therapy continuity.
• Collaborate with CEC team members to ensure high-quality clinical services and shared accountability.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence within protocol guidelines.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day-supply requests, coordinating with pharmacies or providers as needed.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect patients with appropriate resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions when additional guidance is needed.
• Support operational workflows and take ownership of tasks contributing to department performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
