Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team. This role delivers clinical engagement through telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination to boost medication adherence and patient engagement within program guidelines.

You will report to the Supervisor, CEC Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely access to medications and resources, driving high-quality clinical services that align with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; State license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe outcomes.
• Empathetic, patient-focused support with clear communication across diverse populations.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound communications with established workflows and escalation protocols.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives to support quality and outcomes.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement, adherence, and participation.
• Coordinate patient care to ensure timely access to medications and continuity of therapy.
• Collaborate with CEC team to ensure high-quality clinical services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect with resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions per guidelines.
• Support department workflows and performance.
