Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team. This role delivers high-quality clinical engagement through telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination, executing MTM and Stars Adherence within program guidelines to improve medication adherence and patient engagement.

You will report to the Supervisor, CEC Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely access to medications and resources.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe outcomes.
• Demonstrated empathetic, patient-focused support and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and program participation.
• Coordinate patient care activities for timely access to medications.
• Collaborate with CEC team to ensure high-quality clinical services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence, identifying risks and interventions.
