Veeva Systems is hiring for a Clinical Data role focused on growing and sustaining the customer base, shaping the product vision, and guiding adoption across life sciences customers. You will engage with executives and teams to address business challenges and deliver value through Clinical Data.

The role requires 7+ years in clinical research or healthcare data, with strong communication, and experience in sales or account management a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in a product company, CRO, or sponsor in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development desirable.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and sustain the customer base for Clinical Data.
• Develop and execute the Clinical Data vision for emerging to mid-size companies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders within and adjacent to Clinical Data.
• Use professional networks and relationships to assist with adoption.
• Develop value-oriented materials for emerging and mid-size sponsors.
• Provide thought leadership and sales support to teams driving adoption of Clinical Data products.
• Provide business and technology guidance to the product team for Clinical Data features.
• Keep current with industry trends and engage customers about business challenges.
• Undertake other Clinical Data projects as assigned.
