Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Strategy Leader for growing the Clinical Data business with top pharmaceutical companies. This role requires clinical research and healthcare data flow knowledge, plus demonstrated ability to drive adoption and challenge traditional operating models.

You will collaborate with sales, deliver strategic plans, and connect with leaders globally. The Enterprise Clinical Data Strategy Leader will shape market strategy across EDC and CDB, partner with sales for opportunities,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in a product company in a customer-facing role, ideally selling or positioning the product.
• Industry data management and/or consulting experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development desirable.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and sustain the customer base for Clinical Data.
• Develop and execute the Clinical Data vision for enterprise sponsors.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders within and adjacent to Clinical Data.
• Use professional networks and relationships to assist with adoption.
• Develop value-oriented materials oriented to enterprise sponsors.
• Provide thought leadership and sales support to teams in driving adoption of Clinical Data products.
• Provide business and technology guidance to the product team in support of new or enhanced features and functionality in Clinical Data applications.
• Keep current with industry trends and engage customers addressing their business challenges.
• Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles for industry publications.
