Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to build and lead the clinical instructor function for nursing programs. You will consolidate responsibilities across teaching, site relationships, and operations, with remote work and travel to clinical sites in the Midwest as programs scale.

The role reports to the Dean of Nursing and focuses on creating audit-ready documentation, robust site partnerships, and a scalable instructor team to support practice-ready graduates.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (multistate).
• Master’s degree in nursing for accreditation purposes.
• Two+ years teaching clinicals in a nursing education program.
• Experience training or mentoring clinical instructors or preceptors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Teach and model clinical instruction across clinical sites and simulation labs.
• Build and lead the clinical instructor team, recruiting and onboarding.
• Own and expand clinical site relationships and partnerships.
• Run clinical operations, schedule rotations, and ensure coverage.
• Maintain documentation and compliance for students and staff.
