Stepful, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to build and lead the clinical instructor function for our nursing programs.

The role starts in the clinical setting with a teaching load of about two days per week, then scales to leading the instructor team, deepening site partnerships, and running systems that keep rotations on track. You will report to the Dean of Nursing in a fully remote role with up to 50% travel, primarily to clinical sites in Ohio and Michigan, with potential expansion to

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (compact multi-state)
• Master’s degree in nursing (accreditation requirement)
• 2+ years teaching clinicals in a nursing program
• Experience training, onboarding, or mentoring clinical instructors
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Teach and model clinical instruction with ~2 days/week teaching load at clinical sites or simulation labs
• Build, onboard, and lead the clinical instructor team, providing coverage when needed
• Own and cultivate relationships with clinical site partners and staff
• Run clinical operations: scheduling, coverage, and site logistics across cohorts
• Maintain compliant, audit-ready clinical documentation across programs
