Job summary

Stepful, Inc. seeks a Clinical Coordinator to build and lead the clinical instructor team for nursing programs. The role starts in the clinical setting, then shifts to managing and scaling the instructor team, with a focus on strong site partnerships and audit-ready documentation.

You will report to the Dean of Nursing, coordinate with clinical instructors and site partners, and travel up to 50% to clinical sites in the Midwest and beyond as programs scale.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license and eligible to obtain multistate license.
• Master’s degree in nursing is required for accreditation purposes.
• 2+ years teaching clinicals in a nursing education program.
• Experience training, onboarding, or mentoring clinical instructors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and manage multiple sites.
• Strong organizational skills and relationship-building with site staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Teach and model clinical instruction across clinical and simulation sites.
• Build and develop the clinical instructor team and onboard new instructors.
• Own clinical site relationships and secure new partners as needed.
• Run clinical operations including scheduling, coverage, and onboarding.
• Maintain documentation and ensure audit-ready records for accreditation.
