Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to build and lead the clinical instructor function for our nursing programs. This remote role includes teaching two days per week in clinical sites and scaling to lead the instructor team.

You will manage site relationships, coordinate schedules, and ensure audit-ready documentation while traveling up to 50% to Ohio, Michigan, and nearby Midwest sites.

Qualifications

• RN license (active/unrestricted) and Master’s degree in nursing are required.
• 2+ years teaching clinicals in a nursing education program.
• Experience training or mentoring clinical instructors/preceptors.

Responsibilities

• Teach and model clinical instruction with a two-days-per-week teaching load.
• Build and develop the clinical instructor team: hire, onboard, and develop instructors.
• Own clinical site relationships: secure partners and liaison between instructors and site staff.
• Run clinical operations: manage site assignments, rotations, and scheduling across cohorts.
• Maintain documentation and compliance: ensure audit-ready records and credentialing.
