Job summary

Stepful is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead the clinical instructor function for its nursing programs. This fully remote role with up to 50% travel focuses on building a scalable instructor team, and maintaining audit-ready documentation, while partnering with site colleagues and academic leadership.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license with multistate compact.
• Master’s degree in nursing.
• 2+ years teaching clinicals in a nursing program.
• Experience training or mentoring clinical instructors.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Teach and model clinical instruction to students.
• Build and develop clinical instructor team.
• Own clinical site relationships and partnerships.
• Run clinical operations and scheduling.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records.
• Collaborate with program leadership on evaluations.
