Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a Configuration Management role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with data analysis.
• Experience creating and updating JSON-based business rules to drive system behavior.
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to investigate issues and provide high-quality resolutions.
• Project execution skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on product enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand client technical requirements to configure platform needs during new implementations.
• Test configurability of new product functionality and enhancements for custom client needs.
• Define test scenarios and success criteria for client configurations.
• Execute configuration work aligned with project timelines and client expectations.
• Triage and resolve technical issues during end-to-end testing or post-implementation.
• Serve as a technical SME for client-facing analysts during the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering to build internal configuration tools.
