Job summary

Cohere Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Client Analyst to partner with PaaS clients, translating complex requirements into technical blueprints and driving end-to-end automation improvements.

You will work with product and engineering teams to design scalable solutions that maximize platform value and client satisfaction, including KPI alignment and data-driven insights. The role is fully remote with about 5% travel, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a client facing role with demonstrated client engagement and satisfaction.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and regulations.
• Ability to navigate ethical dilemmas in healthcare data management and analysis with integrity.
• Proficiency in dashboards and BI tools; SQL for extracting insights from complex data.
• Develop deep product expertise to guide customers and optimize platform value.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams on KPIs and product enhancements.
• Passion for improving the U.S. healthcare system and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Consult PaaS clients on designing an optimal decision automation program that maximizes platform value.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering to scope new functionality.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement of decision automation performance.
• Analyze authorization data and build analytical reports informing stakeholders on platform performance.
• Ensure client KPIs are met and automation success across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to scale and improve consultation workflows.
