Cohere Health is hiring a Manager, Client Analyst to lead a team that designs and maintains a robust automated prior authorization program for PaaS clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into technical blueprints and strategic roadmaps.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, healthcare domain knowledge, and strong leadership to drive client success and company growth. This is a remote-first role with travel for onboarding and events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a data-centric, client-facing role.
• Understanding of US healthcare systems, terminology and regulations preferred.
• Experience with healthcare data management ethics.
• SQL proficiency for complex datasets; proficient with BI tools.
• Strong leadership and multi-priority management in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of direct reports.
• Consult PaaS clients on designing an optimal decision automation program and roadmaps.
• Enhance analytics framework and AI tooling integration.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering on features.
