Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to join its Integration Services team. You will lead technical analysis and design of healthcare interoperability solutions that connect the Cohere platform with payer and provider systems, partnering with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Analytics, and external stakeholders.

This remote-first role may require occasional travel to Boston for onboarding and team meetings.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience analyzing, defining, implementing, or supporting healthcare integrations.
Experience leading complex healthcare integration initiatives from discovery through testing and production readiness.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP, and flat-file integration patterns.
Experience with HL7 FHIR and HL7 v2; X12 EDI a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and design of healthcare interoperability solutions across payer, provider, and third-party systems.
Drive client-facing discovery sessions and translate workflows into technical specs.
Design scalable integration workflows using APIs, HL7 standards, and file-based methods.
Create interface specifications, data-flow diagrams, and validation rules.
Manage multiple client initiatives, track risks and decisions, and mentor teammates.
Coordinate root-cause analysis for integration issues and support testing phases.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Implementation teams to deliver reliable solutions.
