Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Clinical Configuration Analyst to drive the technical configuration of platform requirements for PaaS clients. You will work with client-facing teams to understand clinical configurations and enable automation goals, impacting patient care at scale.

You’ll test configurability, define success criteria, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to scale configuration tools, all while supporting a fully remote setup with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a Configuration Management role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with data analysis capability.
• Experience creating/updating JSON-based business rules.
• Familiarity with Jira for tracking and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Systems Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding of client requirements to configure platform needs during implementations.
• Test configurability of new product functionality for client requirements.
• Define test scenarios and success criteria for configurations.
• Execute configuration of platform requirements per timelines and client expectations.
• Triage and resolve technical issues during testing or post-implementation.
• Act as a technical SME for client-facing analysts and interface with clients when needed.
• Collaborate with Product/Development/Design to scope and build internal configuration tools.
