Cohere Health is seeking a Lead Client Analyst to drive value for PaaS customers by designing and maintaining a robust decision-automation program. You will work with clients to translate requirements into technical blueprints for development, collaborating with product, design, and engineering to scale functionality and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing role with proven ability to build relationships and drive client value.
• Healthcare domain knowledge including clinical workflows and regulations is required.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience building dashboards in BI tools; SQL proficiency.
• Ability to translate client needs into technical blueprints and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult PaaS clients to design an optimal decision-automation program that maximizes platform value.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering to scope new functionality and improve existing features.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement of decision-automation performance.
• Analyze data and build dashboards to inform stakeholders on platform performance.
• Ensure client KPIs are met and automate end-to-end workflows for each client.
