Job summary

Cohere Health is hiring a Clinical Process and Standards Director to lead clinical process improvements and ensure scalable operations. Remote work with about 10% travel and a collaborative role with product and analytics teams are core aspects of the position.

You will influence performance to meet client SLAs, develop remediation plans for process variation, and drive automated, compliant workflows in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare required; active licensure preferred (RN preferred).
• 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or utilization management.
• Experience building new functions and operating structures in fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of CMS, NCQA, URAC regulatory requirements.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical process improvement initiatives and new delegated client initiatives.
• Monitor performance and influence to meet client SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analyses and remediation planning for process variation.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams.
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives.
