PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Associate Business Development Executive to assist in managing client accounts, coordinating quarterly business reviews, and supporting lead generation. The role involves documenting meeting notes, handling inquiries, and helping organize presentations and bids for a portfolio of pharma clients.

The candidate will support regional New England BD efforts, perform outbound outreach, and help drive growth across the territory through research and client engagement

Responsabilités

• Attend client meetings and BRMs; generate meeting minutes within two days.
• Follow up on information requests from clients and Global BD team.
• Respond to inquiries via email, website, phone, or trade shows.
• Assist BDEs in internal/external management and organization of Quarterly Business Review Meetings.
• Manage smaller, less complex accounts.
• Attend trade shows in a supportive capacity if required.
• Manage PCI Site Visits; book rooms, organize attendees, collate decks and materials.
• Attend PCI Site Meetings on behalf of the BD Executive when appropriate.
• Support and manage submission of CDAs or MSAs to PCI and client legal teams.
• Manage administrative details of client setup and quote execution.
• Support Lead Generation Manager in seeking out and developing new clinical business leads.
• Research drug development companies and update info in Salesforce.com.
• Make outbound calls to drug development companies including CROs, medical device, animal health and cell & gene therapy orgs.
