Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Associate Business Development Executive to support the New England BDE team. You will assist with account management, prepare quarterly business review materials, take comprehensive meeting notes, conduct market research, and help identify potential drug development targets worldwide.

You will manage smaller accounts, perform outbound outreach, coordinate responses to inquiries, and support the Lead Generation Manager in building global opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and BRMs, generate comprehensive meeting minutes within two days
• Follow up on requests for information from clients and the Global BD team
• Respond to inquiries via email, website, phone, or trade shows
• Assist in internal/external management and organization of Quarterly Business Review Meetings
• Manage smaller, less complex accounts
• Attend trade shows in a supportive capacity
• Manage PCI Site Visits, book rooms, organize attendees, collate slides
• Attend PCI Site Meetings on behalf of the BDE (if appropriate)
• Support and manage submission of legal documents to PCI and client legal teams
• Manage administrative details of client setup and quote execution
• Support Lead Generation Manager in identifying new clinical business leads
• Research drug development companies and update Salesforce database
• Make outbound calls to drug development companies including CROs, medical device, animal health and cell & gene therapy organizations
