Job summary

Sobi is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to act as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation. The CAM will execute marketing strategy, promote on-label benefits, and drive territory sales under the Regional Sales Director.

This is a remote role requiring residence within the defined territory, with travel 40–50% and a strong emphasis on clinical knowledge and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3–5 years in Hematology/Oncology with hospital selling experience, plus

Qualifications

• Located within the territory.
• BA/BS in business or science.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Hematology/Oncology with UP-MC and AHN health systems.
• 3–5 years’ experience in rare disease (preferred).
• 5+ years hospital selling experience in pharma/biotech with at least 3 years’ specialty sales.
• 3+ years’ biologics sales experience with specialty pharmacy or 8 years with hospital selling including transition-of-care.
• Proven high sales performance and experience with formularies and managed care.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sobi’s products to a defined customer base and achieve sales goals while promoting appropriate use.
• Maintain knowledge of Sobi and competitor products and disease states.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan and analyze territory data weekly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, state and federal law.
• Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts and events.
• Identify and resolve issues and opportunities, communicating with sales/marketing management.
• Report adverse events to Drug Safety as required.
• Complete mandatory administrative tasks and call reporting promptly.
