Job summary

Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is looking for a Project Management Consultant to join our Clinical Data Professional Services team. You will manage project teams, maintain timelines and budgets, and ensure successful customer adoption of Veeva Clinical Data Software.

You will collaborate with Data Management, IT, programmers, statisticians, QA, and other units on the software implementation lifecycle, develop end-user training and change

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to gather Clinical Data requirements.
• Develop timelines based on contracted statements of work.
• Maintain timelines, deliverables, and budgets using Jira/Smartsheet.
• Manage project teams, resources, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Identify risks and track mitigation strategies.
• Deliver progress reports and executive summaries on milestones and blockers.
• Oversee third-party vendors and integration partners.
• Coordinate with Life Sciences teams on software implementation lifecycles.
• Develop end-user training and change management materials.
• Oversee the deployment to operations transition.
