Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Client & Technical Support Specialist to support SFTP migration projects. This remote role emphasizes clear communication, stakeholder coordination, and organizing testing and credential delivery for a smooth transition.

Candidate should excel in multitasking, be customer-focused, and able to work with multiple teams to ensure successful migrations. This temporary work-from-home opportunity offers 7am–4pm CT hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact between internal teams and external employer groups during migration.
• Communicate upcoming changes and provide credentials and information as required.
• Coordinate testing and ensure stakeholders understand required steps.
• Maintain documentation and status updates throughout the migration.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and provide a professional experience.
