Job summary

duvari group in St. Louis, MO is seeking an IT professional to support MFT connections and file transfer operations. You will set up, monitor, and troubleshoot transfers across SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and related protocols to ensure secure, reliable deliveries.

You will onboard partners, coordinate with EDI, Infrastructure, Security, and development teams, and maintain technical documentation. A 1–3 year IT background and Windows Server knowledge are expected, with strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

1–3 years of IT experience, preferably with file transfer or networking.
Knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, PGP, and TCP/IP.
Basic Windows Server knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot MFT connections.
Monitor file transfer servers, applications, and scheduled processes.
Onboard partners through setup, testing, and go-live.
Troubleshoot transmission issues with EDI, Infrastructure, Security, and development teams.
Maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call support.
