Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Specialist - Employee Experience (Finance) to support onboarding, engagement initiatives, and the development of a positive, motivating work environment. You will be part of the Human Resources team and help promote Sagility’s values across our U.S.-based remote workforce.

The role focuses on onboarding coordination, feedback gathering through focus groups, KPI reporting, and collaboration with departments to enhance employee experience and retention.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring they feel welcome and integrated into the company culture.
• Entrench in early employee life cycle to promote Sagility culture and gauge issues leading to attrition.
• Serve as a point of contact to employees to resolve needs prior to joining.
• Conduct Focus Groups to gather feedback from employees and shape engagement efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date class lists and data trackers daily.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with departments to alert them of at-risk classes proactively.
• Coordinate engagement of functional teams during training.
• Model Rewards and Recognition for achievements and exceptional work.
• Coordinate and ensure personal contact via phone, email or text for no-call-no-show employees during onboarding.
• Conduct and update welcoming and new hire orientation programs.
• Manage New Hire Orientation and presentation materials.
• Educate all new hires on the VoE program and communications.
• Act as a cultural role model and drive accountability for core values.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative effort.
• Help train and guide other Sagility employees.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area, and practice safety habits.
• Provide internal and external customers with the highest quality service.
