TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to assist contractors, technicians, and business partners. This 100% remote role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with equipment provided.

Initial in-person attendance at the Albany, NY office is required for training and occasional business needs. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, researching issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
