We're seeking a Remote Contractor Support Coordinator to serve as a key resource for technicians and contractors, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and keep projects moving efficiently. What You'll Do

• Support contractors and technicians through inbound calls and case management

Schedule & Requirements

• 100% Remote

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

• Equipment provided

• Must live within commuting distance of Albany, NY, as initial training and occasional business needs will require in-person attendance at the Albany office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
