TEKsystems is hiring for an IMMEDIATE BANKING CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE. The role starts remote with on-site training in Boston, MA, and offers full-time, contract-to-hire opportunities.

Shifts include a mix of 9:30-6:30, 10:00-7:00, or 11:00-8:00 with 4 weekdays plus Saturday 9am-3pm. Responsibilities include handling phone and email inquiries for online banking, maintaining high service levels, and coordinating with third-party providers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of call center experience or banking experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficient.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding service via phone and email to online banking users.
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Support online banking call volume for the customer service center.

• Serve as a liaison between online banking customers and third-party providers.

FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT

4 WEEK DAYS AND SATURDAY IS REQUIRED EVERY WEEK 9AM-3PM. THE POSSIBLE SHIFTS ARE 9:30-6:30,10:00-7:00 OR 11:00-8:00.

Description

Provide outstanding service via phone and email to all online banking end users with outgoing personality and professionalism; successfully address customer questions and concerns.

Provide a high level of customer service to all online banking end users.

Provide support to online banking call volume for the customer service center

Utilize strong written communication skills to reply to internal and external email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Serve as a service liaison between online customers of Eastern Bank and all third-party service providers.

Process new online account set-ups and perform ongoing maintenance to existing online accounts.

May be required to assist other areas of the call center on an as-needed basis.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
