Job summary

WithCoverage is redefining risk management for modern businesses by replacing traditional brokerages with AI-enabled advisory. As a Client Service Manager, you will partner with Risk Advisors on an assigned book of business, manage day-to-day service processes, and drive renewal cycles to deliver a positive client experience.

You will maintain client relationships, streamline information flow, assist with stewardship reports, and support invoice and renewal activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Account management experience preferred
• Licensing: Property & Casualty broker's license strongly preferred or to be obtained within 120 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Maintains effective and positive relationships with clients on matters of moderate importance and complexity.
• Facilitates timely and accurate flow of information between clients and Risk team members.
• Handles client open items lists and ad-hoc requests.
• Gathers and analyzes data for stewardship reports and tailored presentations.
• Supports renewal process and drafts quote comparisons; manages binders, policies, and endorsements.
• Receives and handles routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries.
• Serves as client liaison for certificates, auto IDs, locations, invoices, and related items.
• Monitors invoices, fee agreements, receivables, and collections; resolves problems.
• Ensures tools are understood and used; performs related duties.
