Job summary

WithCoverage is seeking a Risk Advisor to own client relationships end-to-end and help scale a risk vertical. You will work with business leaders to assess exposures, conduct risk analyses, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable impact.

You will lead major client conversations, synthesize complex coverage and cost considerations, and translate analysis into actionable strategies for underwriting, operations, and product teams. A fast-moving, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial insurance, risk management, or client advisory roles.
• Confident leading high-stakes client conversations and presenting analyses or proposals.
• Strong critical thinking, synthesizing risk, coverage and cost considerations.
• Curious about how businesses operate and becoming a trusted advisor to leaders.
• Strong communicator in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
• High accountability and willingness to own outcomes and learn.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, driving strong relationships and exceptional service.
• Build and refine playbooks for your vertical to create repeatable, scalable best practices.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Ops to ensure seamless execution and a differentiated client experience.
• Translate client needs into actionable insights for underwriting, operations, and product improvements.
• Track and report key client metrics to identify opportunities for expansion and impact.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, curiosity, and accountability.
