Job summary

No Sweat Services seeks a self-motivated Client Experience & Operations Lead for a fully remote contract role, owning end-to-end client workflows, vendor communications, and travel logistics. You will manage guest logistics, confirm preferences with suppliers, draft itineraries, ensure CRM data accuracy, and act as the primary contact for client inquiries with proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• US Residency: Must currently reside and operate within the United States.
• Self-motivation & Independence: Manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Technical skills: Comfortable navigating cloud platforms, CRM software, and office tools.
• Professional communication: Excellent written English and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Account & Workflow Ownership: Manage client accounts independently and ensure accurate travel specs and CRM data.
• Proactive Vendor Relations: Coordinate with resort leads, hotels, and transport providers to confirm logistics and preferences.
• Problem Resolution: Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and resolve scheduling changes quickly.
• Itinerary & Quality Control: Draft and review travel itineraries and verify bookings and documents.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of client care and administrative accuracy across accounts.
