Job summary

OnPay seeks a Client Success Manager to act as a core service liaison, resolving complex payroll and tax inquiries with a white-glove approach. You will lead end-to-end coordination across departments and drive proactive client success plans.

This role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, high urgency, and the ability to foster client loyalty while maintaining deep knowledge of the OnPay platform. Remote work is available nationwide, with optional Atlanta HQ presence.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant work experience in payroll, tax operations, or client success.
• FPC and/or CPP preferred.
• Experience delivering high-touch customer service and resolving complex payroll and tax inquiries.
• Experience measuring and communicating key customer success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and ticket support for complex client inquiries, leveraging hands-on expertise for multiple subjects.
• Lead end-to-end operational execution for complex client inquiries requiring sustained, multi-departmental involvement.
• Monitor project milestones, drive internal cross-team accountability, and deliver transparent status updates on a regular cadence.
• Manage and resolve requests through thorough documentation, internal collaboration, and request tracking to ensure resolution.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through complex and/or time-sensitive issues.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of the OnPay system and document client interactions to improve service quality.
